Welcome to glorykidsministry.com, operated by Glory Kids Ministries ("Glory Kids", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
All materials on the site — including Bible lessons, curriculum, printables, images, videos, and written content — are owned by Glory Kids or its licensors and are protected by copyright.
Free lessons and resources are provided for your personal, family, classroom, and ministry use. You may print and copy them as needed for the children in your own group or home.
When you purchase a product or hold an active membership, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that content within a single church, ministry, school, or household.
A Glory Kids Membership is a single-user account for one leader or family. A Church plan licences the content across one church or ministry and allows the account owner to give access to a limited number of named team members (the seat limit for your plan). The licence does not extend to other congregations, campuses, or organisations.
Churches and schools needing multi-site or district-wide licensing should contact us.
Some content requires a paid membership or one-time purchase. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (PayFast), which settles in South African Rand; on-site prices shown in USD are converted at checkout.
Auto-renewal. Recurring memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for monthly plans, every 12 months for annual and church plans — at the price in effect when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period, which is not pro-rated or refunded. If we change the price of an active subscription we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
All products are digital and delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped. See our Delivery Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping content at scale, uploading malicious code, or using the site to violate any law or the rights of others.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or messages, you grant us permission to use them to operate and improve our products without obligation to you. Do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use.
The site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Our teaching materials are offered as ministry resources and are not a substitute for professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glory Kids will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Glory Kids harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or its content.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or to infringe our copyright.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
