This Privacy Policy explains how Glory Kids Ministries ("Glory Kids", "we", "us"), which operates the website glorykidsministry.com, handles your personal information. We are based in South Africa and aim to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically as you use the site.
Where the GDPR or POPIA applies, we process personal information on the basis of: performance of a contract (delivering products you buy), your consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the site), and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, under agreements that require them to protect it:
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Some of our service providers store data outside South Africa (for example in the United States or the European Union). Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards.
We use a small number of cookies and browser local-storage items that are necessary for the site to work (for example, keeping you signed in and remembering display preferences). We also use analytics that may set cookies to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may not work correctly if you do.
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see section 8).
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello.glorykids@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator.
Our resources are created for use with children by parents, teachers, and ministry leaders. The website and accounts are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be communicated on this page or by email.
