Delivery Policy

Every product sold on glorykidsministry.com is a digital download. There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.

1. How You Receive Your Purchase

• On-screen: immediately after your payment is confirmed, a download link and a link to your account appear on the order confirmation page.
• By email: a confirmation email with your download link(s) is sent to the address used at checkout.
• In your account: purchases are also saved to your dashboard under "My Purchases" so you can download them again later.
• Membership: Glory Kids Membership content is unlocked in your member dashboard as soon as your subscription is active.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant in almost all cases. If a payment is held for review by the payment provider, access is granted as soon as the payment clears — usually within a few minutes, occasionally up to a few hours.

3. Download Links

For security, individual download links may expire after a short period or a set number of downloads. If a link has expired, sign in and download the file again from your account, or contact us for a fresh link.

4. File Formats & Requirements

Most resources are provided as PDF files. Some products include additional formats such as slides or image files. You will need a PDF reader and, for larger bundles, enough storage space and a stable internet connection to download.

5. If Something Goes Wrong

If you do not receive your confirmation email (please check spam/junk first), your link does not work, or a file will not open, email hello.glorykids@gmail.com with your order number. We will resend your files as quickly as possible.
